The MQ-2 Smoke, LPG, Butane, and Hydrogen Gas Sensor Module is designed for detecting gas leaks in both home and industrial settings. It can detect a variety of gases including H2, LPG, CH4, CO, Alcohol, Smoke, and Propane. Thanks to its high sensitivity and quick response time, it provides fast and accurate measurements. The sensor’s sensitivity can be fine-tuned using the built-in potentiometer.

Operating on a 5V power supply, the MQ-2 module is compatible with most projects. It offers two types of output: an analog output (ranging from 0V to 5V) that corresponds to the gas concentration, and a digital output that indicates either an on (5V) or off (0V) state.
