Henkel Loctile 515 is a medium strength (6 N/mm tensile shear strength), medium cure speed with 30 min fixture time, methacrylate-based industrial gasketing product designed for machined, rigid metal flanges. The product, which cures anaerobically, is suitable for gaps up to 0.25 mm. It is used typically as a form-in-place product for pumps, thermostats, compressors, transmission housings and axle covers.

The Loctite 515 50 ml Gasket Compound is a medium-strength, purple anaerobic sealant designed for creating form-in-place gaskets on close-fitting rigid metal flanges. It cures without air exposure, flexes to accommodate minor flange movements, and seals low-pressure assemblies immediately after tightening. With gap-filling capability up to 0.25 mm, around 30 minutes fixture time, and excellent resistance to oils .
