Anabond 112 is a single component dimethacrylate ester based
fast curing high strength anaerobic adhesive system specially
designed for permanent locking of threaded fasteners. The
product gets polymerized when confined between closely
mating metal surfaces in the absence of air and prevents
loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. The product
exhibits good temperature performance, chemical resistance
and lubricating property.
The product is suited for heavy duty applications and typical
applications include locking of large bolts and studs under M20
such as studs into motor housings, nuts onto studs in pump
housings and other fasteners where high strength is required.
