EC-01G-Kit NB-IoT + GPS Development Board

The EC-01G-Kit is a development board designed for the EC-01G module, offering both NB-IoT and GPS functionality. Sharing the core design with the EC-01-Kit, it integrates a CH340C USB-to-serial chip and a SIM card holder, making it convenient for developers to prototype and test.

The NB-IoT functionality is powered by the EC616S SoC, known for its ultra-low power consumption and full compliance with the 3GPP Release 14 NB-IoT standard. This highly integrated SoC includes an RF transceiver, power amplifier, RF filters, antenna switching, and power management in a compact form factor.

For GPS, the module utilizes the AT6558R chip, a high-performance BDS/GNSS multi-mode satellite navigation SoC. It supports Beidou (BDS), GPS, and GLONASS, enabling robust multi-system joint positioning. The AT6558R integrates RF front-end, digital baseband, 32-bit RISC CPU, and power management functions into a single chip.
