The EC616S integrates a high-performance RF transceiver, power amplifier, RF filters, antenna switch, and power management into a compact package. It delivers outstanding power efficiency in PSM, DRX, eDRX, and connected modes, with a unique MCU mode that offers lower operating current and faster wake-up times—making it ideal for IoT applications that demand low-power wireless connectivity.
