ESP32-C3F Wi-Fi + BLE Module | Ai-Thinker
The ESP32-C3F is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module developed by Ai-Thinker, based on the ESP32-C3 system-on-chip (SoC). Designed for IoT, mobile, wearable, and smart home applications, this compact module delivers excellent RF performance and ultra-low power consumption.
At its core is a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor running at up to 160 MHz, capable of standalone operation without the need for an external microcontroller. It includes 400 KB SRAM, 384 KB ROM, 8 KB RTC SRAM, and 4 Mbit of built-in Flash memory, with support for additional external Flash via standard interfaces.
The ESP32-C3F supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, including BLE Mesh. Bluetooth data rates include 125 Kbps, 500 Kbps, 1 Mbps, and 2 Mbps, with support for extended advertising, multi-broadcasting, and flexible channel selection.
Engineered for energy efficiency, the module offers several low-power operation modes, as well as advanced features like fine clock gating, dynamic voltage and frequency scaling, and adjustable RF output power—balancing performance, range, and power consumption for a wide range of applications.
