The FSBB30CH60 is an advanced smart power module (SPM™) designed for compact, high-performance AC motor drives, primarily for low-power inverter applications like air conditioners and washing machines. It integrates optimized circuit protection and low-loss IGBT drives, with enhanced system reliability through under-voltage lock-out and short-circuit protection. The high-speed HVIC enables optocoupler-less, single-supply IGBT gate driving, reducing inverter system size. Additionally, the divided negative DC terminals allow for separate monitoring of each inverter phase current.
